1. Service Fee
Our service fee is charged only for providing digital guidance and assistance, such as helping users understand the process and navigate official portals.
This fee is applied towards the time, effort, and resources involved in delivering support services and is not a payment for any number plate, sticker, or government service.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- ✅ If, due to a technical issue or error on our part, we are unable to provide proper guidance or support
- ✅ If we fail to deliver the promised assistance
- ✅ If a duplicate or excess payment has been charged
- ✅ If the service has not yet been initiated and your request is still pending
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- ❌ Once the service has been initiated and guidance or support has already been provided
- ❌ If incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information is provided by the user
- ❌ If the user changes their mind after completing the payment
- ❌ Delays or issues caused by external factors, including third-party portal downtime, internet connectivity issues, public holidays, or official system delays
4. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of payment.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
